TEE College is supported by many churches, and has nine member churches. The governing body of the TEE College is the College Council which consists of 2-3 representatives of each of the member churches. What makes the College unique is probably the fact that it's students represent a wide spectrum of church "streams", i.e.. Catholic, Anglican, Reformed (Lutheran Calvinist, Wesleyan) and African Independent - all of them preparing for the ministry, either lay or ordained. It therefore represents the fullest ecumenical co-operation in theological education yet achieved in Southern Africa. The member churches include the following :
