Registration Rules :

bullet Registration MUST be on the correct TEE College Registration forms (Download a Registration Form or Register Online)
bullet Payment MUST accompany your Registration Form.  Pay by Cheque, Credit Card or by Direct deposit into the TEE College Bank Account, or by direct deposit with and M65 form which is available from the College.  Registration forms WITHOUT accompanying proof of payment WILL NOT be dealt with.
bullet AN ORIGINAL (OR NOTARISED COPY) MATRIC EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE MUST ACCOMPANY DEGREE REGISTRATION FORMS.
bullet Registrations for Degree and Diplomas open on 1st October and close 15th January for those within South African and 31st December for those outside of South Africa.
bullet Registrations for the TEE Certificate of Competence in Theology open on 1st October and close 15th February for those within South African and 31st January for those outside of South Africa.
bullet Registrations for the TEE Award in Theology open on 1st October and close 31st January for those within South African and 15th January for those outside of South Africa.

    YOUR FEE IS RECEIVED TOGETHER WITH YOUR REGISTRATION FORM

  •  

    BOTH SIDES OF THE REGISTRATION FORM ARE FILLED IN COMPLETELY

  •  

    THE FORM IS SIGNED BY YOU

  •  

    YOU HAVE NO OUTSTANDING DEBTS WITH THE COLLEGE

  •  

    IF YOU ARE A LOCAL PREACHER, YOU SUPERVISOR HAS SIGNED THE FORM

  •  

    IF YOU ARE A DEGREE STUDENT, YOUR ORIGINAL MATRIC EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE (OR A NOTARISED COPY) ACCOMPANIES YOUR REGISTRATION FORM

Registration Methods

IF YOU FAX PAYMENT INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION FORMS TO THE COLLEGE, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED IT, EVEN IF YOUR FAX MACHINE GIVES YOU A CONFIRMATION.  COLLEGE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR FAXES THAT FAIL TO ARRIVE. 

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND, THEREFORE, THAT YOU MAIL YOUR PROOF OF PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION FORM RATHER THAN FAXING.

NO TELEPHONIC REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Method 1

The best and safest way of payment is by using the M65 form which is provided by the College.  The M65 can be used at any branch of the Standard Bank in South Africa.

  1. Ensure that YOUR NAME and/or Student Number is marked clearly on the form.
  2. The M65 form has 3 copies.  The bank keeps one copy and gives you the other two copies.
  3. One copy is for your OWN records to keep as proof of payment.  When you have deposited the money, you must mail or fax the second copy to the College together with your Registration Form.  Please address this to the Bursar
  4. The Registration Form, properly and completely filled out and signed MUST accompany your copy of the M65 form, otherwise we cannot link the payment with your registration.

Method 2

You may deposit the fee payment in any branch of the Standard Bank, using the bank's deposit slip.  Then follow the same procedure as for M65 payment (Method 1 above), sending the Deposit slip together with your Registration Form to the College.  The Deposit Slip must have YOUR NAME and/or Student Number clearly written on it.

Method 3

You may pay by Credit Card (pay in full and receive the early payment discount!) Download the credit card payment form, fill it in and send it to the College together with your Registration Form.

Method 4

You may send cheques, money orders or postal orders, made payable to TEE College.  A Registration Form must accompany this payment.  NEVER SEND CASH IN THE MAIL - NOT EVEN BY REGISTERED MAIL.

Method 5

You may register in person during normal working hours, provided you have a properly filled out Registration Form and the necessary payment.  There is no guarantee that you will be able to take the course material away with you.

Method 6

You may Register online and then email us your proof of payment AT THE SAME TIME.

Students living outside South Africa

Degree and Diploma students - please post your registration form to reach us before 31st December

Certificate and Award students - please post your registration form to reach us before the 15th January.

NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED.
